The 2007 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerhouse of crushed black fruits, chocolate, leather, charcoal, tobacco, cocoa powder, cigar all wrapped up with a smooth and suave mouthfeel. A clear winner from the awesome 2007 vintage out of Napa, this is easy to drink now, but loaded with polished tannins, this is a great bet for at least the next ten years of enjoyment.
