We jumped on this wine with the 2006 vintage, which was rated a “Best Value” designation from Wine Spectator magazine. The 2007 version features sun-baked aromas of caramel and cocoa on the nose. Then you are refreshed with essences of white peach, crisp apple, pear and marshmallow. This wine has a huge mid-palate, which drives on through to the finish. The vanilla and cream lingering on the palate gives you time to pause and wonder: "Why didn’t I buy a case?" This is a stunning value!
