A beautiful rendition of Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2005 vintage at a great price. This Cabernet is silky smooth on the palate with a long finish. It has flavors earth and chocolate, with a bouquet of allspice, tobacco and hint of eucalyptus. Although the description sounds more old world, this wine has plenty of fruit and is ready for consumption now. Pair it with New York Florentine or, believe it or not, spaghetti with meatballs. For best results, decant prior to pouring for 1-2 hours.
