Color: A pretty and bright yellow with hints of pale green and straw shadows.
Nose: Elegant and aromatic nose with an impressive array of minerality, fruit and subtle oak. The Casablanca terroir expresses unique complexity with hints of fl int and minerality in a unique combination with citrus, honey, and sweet spices.
Mouth: Subtle elegance and a surprising freshness at the attack that develops into a round and juicy mid palate. Finish is long and intense.
Service and Food Pairing: Enjoy with carpaccio, Shellfi sh. White fi sh and risotto with Parmigiano cheese or mushrooms.
Wine Spectator
Nicely focused, with a racy core of fig, hazelnut and pear notes that stays pure and elegant as the toasty edge remains in the background. The finish is long and juicy. Very stylish. Drink now through 2008. 8,000 cases imported.
