Tropical notes of mango greet the nose complimented with hints of graham cracker, caramel, lavender and French oak. The palate is then lavished with layers of granny smith apple, blood orange and more tropical edges like banana, kiwi and guava. Ample acidity with the fruit creates harmony as this wine begs to be matched up with food. This would be a perfect pairing with chicken, fish in beurre blanc or pasta with Alfredo sauce. The coup de grace is the excellent lingering finish.
